Peer-to-peer dock chats during busy launch windows moved the needle most, and they stuck once we added monofilament tubes right by the rinse hoses plus a turtle-flipper photo sign that says “Bin your line - turtles lose flippers.” If you can get the harbormaster to plug the bins during morning radio checks, we saw usage triple, and a Friday empty kept them from turning into general trash.
