I’ve been teaching high school biology for a few years now, and while I love the content, managing classroom behavior can be a real challenge. I recently tried using a seating chart based on student interactions, and it helped a bit, but I still find some kids disengaged during lessons. I’m curious what strategies others have found effective to keep students engaged and focused.
