With the recent developments in CRISPR technology, particularly in precision gene editing, I’m curious about how others are interpreting the experimental data. At the last conference I attended, there were compelling discussions on off-target effects, but I’m interested in hearing how those of you working directly with genetic sequencing view the implications for future research.
