Would You Take This Job?
Would you work in a lab-focused cell-culture role at $33/hour—preferring steady bench work, careful documentation, and collaborative research? Why or why not?

I did a similar role at $32/hr in Boston; ask about weekend passaging expectations and how much time is media prep vs actual experiments - those two answers tell you if it’s a good fit.

At $33/hr in Cambridge I’d only consider it if there’s OT and a path beyond routine passaging, because my last “cell culture” role turned into about 70% media/sterilization. Ask for a sample weekly schedule and how many lines you’d own plus the weekend rotation - when I had six lines, I was in most Saturdays for 1-2 hours.
